🛍️ Orders & Payments

Q: How do I place an order?
A: Simply browse our brownie menu, add your favorites to the cart, and checkout. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept all major debit/credit cards, UPI, and popular digital wallets.

Q: Can I customize my order?
A: Yes! You can add notes during checkout for special requests like “crushed oreos or “extra nutty.”

🚚 Shipping & Delivery

Q: Do you deliver across Internationally?
A: No, currently we are only shipping within the UK.

Q: How long does delivery take?
A: All orders are posted out with a 24 hour tracked delivery service via Royal Mail. Tracking links are sent out via mail once your order is dispatched.

Q: Do you offer same-day delivery?
A: At the moment we have only one method of shipping which is Royal Mail Tracked 24.

Q: How are the brownies packaged?
A: Each brownie box is sealed in eco-friendly packaging to ensure freshness and safe delivery.

Q: How long do the brownies stay fresh?
A: Brownies stay fresh for 5–7 days at room temperature and up to 2 weeks if refrigerated. For best taste, warm slightly before eating.

Q: Are your brownies nut-free?
A: We do offer nut-free options, but please note that all brownies are made in the same kitchen where nuts are handled.

Q: Do you cater for any allergies?
A: No unfortunately we cannot cater for any allergies as all our brownies are made in a kitchen where allergens are handled.

🎁 Gifting & Bulk Orders

Q: Do you offer gift boxes?
A: Currently we dont, but we have some beautfiul packaging on the way!

Q: Can I include a personal message?
A: Of course! You can add a note during checkout, and we’ll include a handwritten card with your gift.

Q: Do you accept bulk/corporate orders?
A: Yes, we love large orders! Please contact us in advance for special pricing and customization.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?
A: Orders can be canceled or modified within 2 hours of placing them. After that, they may already be in preparation.

Q: Do you have a physical store?
A: Currently, Mahiibakes is online-only, but we do pop-ups occasionally—follow us on Instagram to stay updated!
